These Terms and Conditions apply only to Fixed LTE Clients, not Fibre.
Manruhost Connects Clients to affordable data packages, however Manruhost is not responsible for Service Delivery as this is done by the Service provider. Late Delivery is unfortunate yes, but is expected sometimes which results in packages arriving later than the scheduled date Since sometimes there is a high volume of orders or shortage of stock. Both cases being out of Manruhost’s hands and the only thing we can ask for is Patience and Understanding.
All LTE Products need First Month Subscription paid upfront. All payments are made to the Service Provider bank account. Manruhost does not take or keep and fees paid nor does it have access to any fees paid by the client.
Clients are expected to be able to access their email as communication is mostly through Email and Delivery is done through the Phone. Wrong information will result in delays or rejection of the application
Proof of Payment
Proof of payment is a must and must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel Within six days of getting the Router you will get a full refund Terms and Conditions Apply. Manruhost does not conduct any refunds nor are we able to. This is done by the Service Provider.
If you wish to cancel After a few months of getting the router but within Six months, you be subject to a cancellation fee and Terms and Conditions still apply, Fees may differ from client to client. Manruhost can in no way process this.
It is the responsibility of a client to follow up on cancellations and making sure their Package was canceled to avoid incurring fees, this must be taken up with Service Provider, Supersonic.
The Router when working normally displays a Blue Light, and when there is a problem displays a Red Light.
New Routers tend to stop working either immediately after arriving or after Few days. This issue is related to Geolocation and Towers, meaning the Router has not been aligned with a tower close to you and cannot connect to the Internet To Fix this Whatsapp or Call Supersonic.
The second reason, You are out of Data and need to Top-Up
This is a Fixed LTE offer this router is to be used in one location, taking it out will lead to it being locked, which brings us to the third reason. if you too far from your location with the router for too long, it will lock and you will contact Supersonic to unlock it.
Disclaimer for Other Serivces
Manruhost makes a once-off commission from clients, and thereafter it is the responsibility of a client to communicate with Supersonic. Should Manruhost help for any reason, it would be out of good ethics and kindness. Manruhost does not benefit from any incentives or commissions for this service nor is it under any obligation to assist clients once they have taken the package.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is a material we will try to provide at least 15 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
